In the form of WEGOW Concerts, in coordination with all the agents involved in the production of concerts, WEGOW establishes a minimum budget for the confirmation of the event. The users make the purchase of the tickets prior to the production of the event for which they are offered with advantageous conditions.
When WEGOW carries out the sale of all the locations offered for sale, the concert is confirmed and the sales section begins until the capacity of the selected establishment is completed.
In case the minimum sales level is not reached, the concert is not confirmed and as a result WEGOW agrees to return the full amount of the sales made in the pre-production phase.
WEGOW is in continuous evolution and development of new tools that add value to the User registered in WEGOW.
Likewise, during the period in which the state of alarm remains in force in Spain, declared pursuant to the provisions of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19 , as well as any of its extensions, WEGOW will also provide, through the Website, intermediation services between Users and Hoteliers in relation to the acquisition of Bonds (according to this term, defined in Section III of these General Conditions) that allow Users to purchase drinks in establishments that are published on the Website at the time of purchase of the Bonus.

Without limiting the foregoing, in all matters not expressly regulated in this Section, shall apply the terms and conditions set out in Section II Terms and conditions of the services offered through the Website .

2.1. Conditions of acquisition and exchange of the Bonds
The Bonds may be acquired by the Users through the Website, however, since WEGOW acts as a mere intermediary in the process of buying and selling the Bonds, each Bond may be used exclusively in establishments open to the public owned by the Hotelier who owns it. would have offered. Users must be over 18 years of age in order to acquire Bonds that give them the right to consume alcoholic beverages. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Hotelier will be responsible for verifying the age of the Users at the time the Bonus is exchanged.
Unless expressly provided otherwise, each Bonus may be redeemed exclusively once and may not be combined with other offers and / or gift vouchers . For clarification purposes, if for any reason the User will exchange the Bonus acquiring products offered by the Hotelier for a value less than the total value provided for in the Bonus, it will be understood that he has totally consumed the Bonus and no credit right will be born in favor of the User .
The Hoteliers may include additional conditions for the exchange of the Bonds, such as the possibility of exchanging them at a specific time or the exclusion of certain products or services generally offered to the public in the establishment , among others . In the event that the validity period of a Bonus ends, it will be understood that it has expired and that the User has no right to receive any consumption at the establishment of the Hotelier.
The Bonus will only entitle Users to acquire those products expressly included in it or, if the Bonus so establishes it, those products included in the letter of the open establishment of the Hotelier. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at the time the Bonus is exchanged the Host elero does not have sufficient stock to provide the product requested by the User, the latter shall have the right to request the Hotelier to refund the amount paid for the acquisition of the Bonus , except for the amount related to management costs, since they are due to the intermediation service provided by WEGOW, which should not be affected by the relationship between the User and the Hotelier . WEGOW in no case guarantees or is responsible for the Hotelier being able to provide at all times all the products that can be purchased at his establishment through the exchange of the Bonus.
The Bonds are intended for personal use and, consequently, their resale by the Users or their acquisition for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited .
Users are responsible for the proper preservation of the Bonus and its custody until the time it is exchanged and, consequently, neither WEGOW nor the Hoteliers assume any responsibility derived from its loss or theft.
2.2. Relationship between WEGOW and Users. Liability regime.
WEGOW will act as an intermediary in the process of buying and selling the Bonds, by publishing, on the Website, the offers made by the Hoteliers.
As a consequence of the provisions of the previous paragraph, WEGOW will not assume any responsibility , direct or indirect, derived from the legal relationship existing between the User and the Hotelier. E n the event that the hotelier refuses unjustifiably supply required by the user products, it shall only be entitled to claim back the total amount paid for the acquisition of the Bond , except for the amount paid for management fees .
Likewise, WEGOW does not guarantee that the establishment open to the public of the Hotelier complies with the mandatory regulations applicable to its establishment, including , but not limited to, the rules regarding the maximum capacity of the establishment or the corresponding sanitation rules. .
In the event that the Hostelero provide users with products that were in poor condition, and as a consequence, they suffered damage s of any kind, users must claim directly to the landlord compensation for those who had suffered damage.
In the event that any User communicates to WEGOW their intention to make a formal claim against a Hotelier derived from any of the facts referred to above, WEGOW will provide the Hotelier's contact information as soon as possible, and, in any case , within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the request.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to Hoteliers
3.1. Registration on the Website
Those companies and those individuals over 18 years of age whose main professional activity is the management, operation and development of the cafeteria, bar, restaurant and other activities related to the hospitality industry, which are duly registered, may meet the “ Hotelier ” condition. on the Website, in accordance with the provisions of clause 2 of Section I of these General Conditions, and that they have an establishment open to the public duly authorized to provide hospitality services.

In the event that the Hotelier is unsubscribed , he must return to WEGOW the amounts he would have received for the sale of the Bonds up to that date, so that the latter, in turn, can return the amount paid by the Users.
WEGOW will not be obliged to make the return to the Users in any case until the Hotelier makes the return in the aforementioned terms.
